2. 綠色原料生產綠色產品 Green raw material for green product
2.1 量產原料是食品添加劑、飼料添加劑、化妝品原料，對環境友好。 Used environment friendly raw material for mass production. The raw material was food additives, feed additives, cosmetic materials.
2.2 原料氧化鈷、成品鈷酸鋰可作為含鈷飼料添加劑；鈷是構成人和動物需要的維生素B12的營養元素；土壤需要鈷為營養元素，土壤含鈷量通常在5到40mg.kg-1, 世界糧農組織規定土壤含鈷量低于5mg.kg-1為貧鈷土壤，導致植物缺鈷。 Co3O4 as raw material and LiCoO2 as product was feed additives; Co was elements of vitamin B12 for human and animals; normal soil had Co element about 5 to 40 mg.kg-1, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United defined the lack Co soil was Co element content was less than 5 mg.kg-1.
2.3 原料中碳酸鋰可用于藥物；碳酸鎂、二氧化鈦可用于食品、化妝品；氧化鋁可用于飲水器具。 Raw material Li2CO3 powder could be medical material; MgCO3 and TiO2 could be used in food or cosmetics; Al3O4 could be used in drinker.
2.4 專業檢測報告證明：量產用粉料全部不是危險廢物，無爆炸性。 Professional test report defined powder in mass product was not hazardous wasters， non-explosive.

3.2 國標GB50016規定，量產粉料的工藝對應丁、戊類車間和倉庫，在二級耐火建筑的防火分區面積不限。 Chinese national standard GB50016 defined that process for powder in mass product required Class 4th or 5th workshop and warehouse, the area size of fire compartment in Class 2nd fire-resistive construction was no limited.
